Installation Steps

1. Download the Addon

• Head to CodeCanyon and download the Form Builder addon zip file

• You'll receive a zip file containing the addon module files and documentation

2. Extract Files

• Extract the downloaded zip file

• You'll find the main addon files ready for upload

3. Access WhatsMark SaaS Admin Panel

• Open your web browser

• Navigate to your WhatsMark SaaS admin dashboard

• Log in using your admin credentials

4. Navigate to Addons Section

• In the admin dashboard, locate the Modules section

• This is typically found in the main navigation menu

• Click to access the addons management area

5. Upload the Addon

• Click on Upload Addon or Install New Addon button

• Select the Form Builder addon zip file

• Click Upload to begin the installation process

• Wait for the upload to complete

6. Install & Activate

• Once uploaded, find the Form Builder addon in the list

• Click Install to install the addon

• After installation, click Activate

• Add Envato Username and Purchase code , click Verify & Activate.

• The addon will now be active and ready for configuration

Troubleshooting

Common Issues:

Issue: Upload fails or times out Solution: Check file size limits and server timeout settings

Issue: Addon not appearing after installation Solution: Clear cache and refresh the page

Edit the pricing plan and add the Feature limit of form builder for tenant.
