Q: Do I need n8n Cloud subscription?
A: No. This works with 100% self-hosted, free n8n.

Q: Can I use this with Zapier/Make instead?
A: Yes, technically you can point webhooks to any endpoint, but n8n is recommended for cost and flexibility.

Q: Does this pull data INTO Perfex CRM?
A: No. This is outbound-only (Perfex → n8n). For inbound, consider API integration module (separate product).

Q: What happens if my n8n server is down?
A: Failed webhooks are logged and can be manually retried from the Perfex admin panel.

Q: Can I customize which data fields are sent?
A: Currently, full entity data is sent. Custom field mapping is planned for v2.0.

Q: Is this compatible with Perfex CRM SaaS version?
A: Yes, this module is technically compatible with Perfex CRM when used in a SaaS or multi-tenant environment. However, if you are charging your customers or operating Perfex CRM as a SaaS platform, you must purchase an Extended License as required by Envato’s licensing policy.

The Regular License is intended for single end-use projects only and does not cover SaaS, subscription-based, or reselling scenarios.
